A package headline is not a complete offer
The official welcome article describes three matched deposits, with 100 spins on the first and 50 on each of the next two. Its terms section only points to the general conditions. We therefore leave the current welcome amount unverified rather than turn that short article into a complete offer promise. The general bonus rules specify 35× deposit plus bonus and a seven-day completion window unless an offer says otherwise. They also give live, table, progressive and crash games zero wagering contribution.
Why the stake limit needs clarification
The standard bonus rule requires bets below 20% of the credited bonus and no more than AUD 8, with separate VIP provisions. Its euro example treats an €8 bet on a €100 bonus as acceptable. However, the promotional-abuse section also describes stakes equal to or above €8 as prohibited. That creates a boundary conflict within the same document. Three different withdrawal limits
Clauses 4.23 and 4.31 state a $100 minimum, a $5,000 maximum for all pending requests together, and a $5,000 cap per transaction. Processing is limited to $10,000 every ten business days. Fees can depend on the payment method and issuing bank, and the rules require the original deposit method for withdrawals.
Prepare documents before requesting a payout
For fiat accounts, the terms request government-issued identification and proof of residence no older than two months. They allow up to five business days to process clear documents. A separate clause sets a pending period of up to 48 hours and says failure to supply requested identification within that window cancels the withdrawal, returning it to the account. An internal audit can add time. These are the operator’s rules, not measured payout performance, and the 48-hour clause is not a promise that funds arrive within two days.
Inactivity and eligibility deserve attention
After three months without use, the terms allow a $10 monthly maintenance fee while funds remain. At six months the account becomes dormant and the operator reserves the right to void the balance.
